About You:

• Substantial recruitment background in the engineering and construction industry, with a minimum senior-level experience.
• Demonstrated past success in initiating and developing a thriving desk.
• Proficiency in working independently, proactively identifying opportunities, and effectively translating them into revenue.
• Aspirations to expand a desk into a division and foster the growth of a personal team.
• Established track record of successful business development.
• Expertise in attracting, sourcing, and converting passive candidates, beyond the reliance on advertisements.
• A preference for action over mere conversation, coupled with a genuine passion for communication.
