Job Description

The Opportunity:

This is a pivotal position in the school, providing top-tier executive and administrative support to the institution's Principal. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day activities, ensuring that administrative duties are executed with precision and professionalism. About You:

  • Proven track record as an Executive Assistant, ideally within the education sector.
  • Exceptional administrative capabilities and meticulousness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage diverse projects and tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and emotional intelligence.
  • Commitment to confidentiality, with a high level of discretion and loyalty.
  • Capable of handling demanding workloads and staying composed under pressure.
  • Possession of or eligibility for a Blue Card.
  • Active engagement with Christian faith and values.
