• Leading a team of 10 Area Sales Managers and Sales Agents in Australia and New Zealand.
• Nurturing and expanding the capabilities and performance of the sales team.
• Enhancing relationships with key accounts and franchise group headquarters.
• Collaborating with the Product Development, Supply Chain, and Support teams to propel the business.
• Working intimately with the family owners to strategize and advance business goals.
